Let yourself be carried away by the beauty of this apartment that welcomes you with its fully equipped kitchen, tastefully decorated living room and comfortable bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom has a comfortable shower, where you can relax after a long day spent exploring the city. And for your maximum comfort, the apartment is equipped with air conditioning and free wi-fi, to guarantee you a pleasant and stress-free stay. Please note that bills are NOT INCLUDED. In order to track the consumption of the utilities, checks of the meters will be done at the beginning and at the end of the stay to calculate the bills amount. For stays longer than two months, the landlord will ask guests to send the meters checks monthly so that guests won't be charged a higher price and their consumption will be under control. There is a condominium fee of to be paid monthly. Internet is 30 euros per month. Guests are required to pay for Florence tourist tax (4 euros per night for seven nights at most) to be paid in cash upon check-in. Children under 12 are exempt.
