It is a quiet and safe neighbourhood, with trees, the Chilean embassy next door, the European Youth Center next street. There is a lush green park around the corner. Yet the apartment is close to the main touristic highlights. The main city transport route, 4-6 day and night tram, is in 5 mins walk through the park. The Parliament or the Castle District is not more than 20 minutes, the Lukács Bath or Margaret Island is 15 minutes.
The balcony has a panoramic view to the Parliament and to the green street.
The apartment is in a condominium that was build in the 70s. This is tiny apartment of its age – a lovely and cosy style. This might not be your place if you have big space expectations.
There is a master bedroom and a second bedroom with sofa bed. The living room has also a sofa bed and a dining corner.
The kitchen is fully equipped: stove, washing machine, micro, coffee maker, tableware and cutlery, kitchen utensils ‒ everything you need to make a simple dinner or lunch.
The bathroom has a bathtub and a washing machine. The water boiler provides hot water convenient for two adults.
