Nice flat in Braga, Portugal
Located at a distance of 10-15 minute walk from the city center. The flat has one main bedroom with a double bed, an interior bedroom with a bunk bed with two single beds plus an additional smaller single bed. It is suitable either for a single person, a couple, or a family, accomodating a maximum of 4 people. It has a spacious living room, one bathroom, a kitchen and a small laundry. It is on the ground floor with a private entrance, it has a small beautiful garden in the front yard and a small terrace in the backyard.
All kinds of essential commercial services, such as restaurants, cafés, grocery stores, pharmacies, supermarkets, banks, etc. are easily accessible on foot.
It is a ten-minute walk from a municipal sports complex, which includes public swimming pools and tennis courts, and a fifteen-minute walk from gyms with all kinds of wellness activities.
It is a twenty-minute walk from the main campus of the University of Minho and the International Iberian Nanotechnology Laboratory, and a fifteen-minute walk from the rectory of the same university.
