The private apartment building is surrounded by natural gardens, picturesque nature reserve and Praia dos Pescadores.
In the area, you can enjoy water activities, a game of golf, a walk on the beach, or hike through the nature reserve which has direct access from the building`s gardens.
The building has many luxury services including, an indoor and outdoor heated pool, a fully equipped fitness room and a relaxing spa with sauna and Turkish bath.
You will find local restaurants serving fresh fish and seafood, several shops, a farmers` market, and local services, all within walking distance.
The space:
This new apartment is a welcoming and comfortable open style concept space. There is a large cozy balcony with a partial view to the natural gardens where you can relax or have a small meal. The bedroom has a semi firm queen size bed, large built-in closet and there is a Juliet balcony with a view to the beach. Linens and towels are provided.
All appliances are included, as well as some smaller appliances for your daily use. The bathroom has a shower with tub, towel dryer, and toilet with bidet. In the living room you have a 55 smart Tv with IPTV box, the sofa has a bed if needed and there is a console that can be used as a work area. You also have a safe available for your personal belongings.
For your convenience, you will find a guidebook with house rules, in addition to some tips, suggestions, and places to visit in the Algarve.
You also have a private indoor private parking spot with an electrical charging station and 24H concierge service available.
