Sunny flat in the center of Budapest
The apartment has three independent fully nicely furnished rooms in total and two separate toilets all rooms are fully furnished and have a separate entrance and lockable door. The furnitures are brand new, the rooms are decorated with a modern urban jungle design inclusive with all amenities. it`s very spacious, bright and cozy equal size to a studio. Has his own living room and bedroom area .Has a king size bed 160 cm x 200cm , desk, chairs, sofa , cupboards, wardrove , mirrors, 55 inch new smart tv.
There is a shared kitchen , dining area and living room and the apartment has also a big bright spacious hall with a new washing machine.
It`s located in the second floor in a quite and nice historical condominium os 3-story building, very bright as the windows overviews to the street, not the court yard so plenty of sun and privacy is warranty. It quite as there isn't bars around the apartment. The apartment is fully renovated where windows, doors, dishwasher , washing machine, fridge, microwave, toaster and boiler were replaced with a brand new one.
The apartment has also a brand new AIR-CONDITION.
It`s located in the heart of the VII district, metro, trolleys, 24hours tram 4 and 6 and buses are near the apartment
