The villa also has a shared bathroom and a laundry room that guests can utilise. The property is located within St. Julian`s where many restaurants, clubs and English-language schools are located and a 15-minute walk from the beautiful beaches of St George's Bay.

The property is located within the St. Julian`s area on the northeastern coast of Malta, a 15-minute walk away from St Georges Bay, one of the most attractive sandy beaches in Malta and a 6-minute drive (30-minute walk) from Balluta Bay Beach. Both are popular spots for watersports such as jet-skiing, paddleboarding and diving.
The St. Julian's Promenade (a 15-minute drive) runs along the coastline, providing a scenic walk with panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea. This a great place to enjoy a leisurely stroll or a drink at one of the waterfront cafes to take in the surroundings.
The area is well-connected by public transportation and a convenient location for exploring other parts of Malta including nearby towns such as Valletta and Mdina (both a 15-minute drive) which are rich in historical and cultural attractions.
