THE APARTMENT
Welcome to this spacious studio overlooking Paseo del Pradoan exceptional choice for short stays in Madrid. Located in a building with a rooftop pool, this home offers a charming retreat for your time in the city, whether you're here for work, studies, or any other reason.
Ideal for 2 adults and 2 children, the studio features a comfortable double bed and a sofa bed.
The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare your meals, while the private bathroom, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries add comfort to your stay. The living area, with a sofa bed, dining table, flat-screen TV, and a small desk, offers a perfect setting for working or relaxing. Step out onto the terrace from the living area to enjoy some fresh air.
Amenities include free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, bed linens and towels, washing machine, iron and ironing board, and welcome toiletries for the first few days.
THE AREA
Strategically located in Madrid, this apartment allows you to reach any point in the city center on foot, without the need for public transport.
IMPORTANT NOTES
-The pool is only open during the summer months (mid-June to mid-September).
-Arrivals after 8:00 PM are subject to a €25 late check-in fee.
-Baby cots are available for rent at €30 per stay. Please make sure to request one by contacting the host before your arrival.
-Guests must present a valid ID and credit card upon check-in.
-Parties or similar events are not allowed at this property.
-Guests must sign a short-term rental agreement. This agreement will reflect the original terms of your booking and must specify the duration of the stay, stating that the rental is not intended for permanent residence. It must also include the guest`s primary residence address and the reason for the stay.
-Please note that if your arrival date coincides with the same day you made your booking, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready before 5:30 PM.
