Big quiet room, city center in 15 min
One big room in ONLY female apartment, the other longterm tenant is a nice female.

The apartment has great transportation, close to Universities and Allee mall. Easy to reach city center in 15 minutes.
The separated rooms are fully furnished with single bed, wardrobes, desk, chair, etc. Alternatively the small room can be turned into a study/working room, and leave the big one for sleeping. Furniture was changed to a bigger one with more drawers and shelves.
The apartment was recently painted and is in a good condition. The kitchen is fully equipped, fridge and gas oven was replaced few months ago.
Smoking and pets are not allowed.
LOCATION:
Close to Allee Mall, Near Móricz Zsigmond square
Excellent transportation, Metro line 4, tram 4, 6, 47, 41, 61, 17, stops out the front door getting you to anywhere in the city.
Shops, post office, bakery, groceries, fruit market, gym, nice parks, running tracks and yoga clubs, pubs, cafes, restaurants, Allee shopping mall.
ELTE, BME, Corvinus universities are close and easy to reach with public transport.
WELL-EQUIPPED:
Washing machine, AC (only big room), unlimited internet (~100 Mbit/sec), hair dryer.
Kitchen is well-equipped with oven, microwave, fridge&freezer, kettle, toaster, blender and with everything you need for cooking.
And of course French champagne is coming out of the taps, and the staircase is made of chocolate. Well, coming soon... :)
UTILITIES:
The apartment is on the first floor (not ground floor) in a safe area. Loud parties are not allowed in the house.
Clean tenant is required who keeps the place nice and tidy and is respectful with the other tenant and the neighbors.
It is excellent for students or anyone who needs a quiet place.
Reference about me as a landlord can be provided of course from earlier tenants.
Tenants for longer period will be preferred.
Please write a few sentences about yourself, about your hobbies, rental period, etc.
I prefer someone who can take care of the apartment as if it was their own, and can be trusted.

If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of the entire first rent.

If you cancel your booking less than 13 days before the move-in date, you won`t get a refund of the first rent.
