This charming retreat is just a short walk from the beautiful Krinets Dam and offers the perfect soothing corner of calm surrounded by fresh air, beautiful nature, and stunning views.
Tucked away in a quiet, elevated area above town, it`s about a 20–25 minute walk (or a 5-minute drive) to the ski lift and the town center. The location offers a lovely balance close enough to everything, yet far enough to enjoy the calm. Getting around is simple and convenient by car or local taxi, especially during the winter months.
There`s also a small grocery store nearby, so you can easily pick up whatever you might need during your stay.
The space features two warm, sunny rooms: a welcoming living room with a fireplace, and a kitchen fully equipped with everything you need to feel right at home. If you need to get some work done, there's a dedicated workspace with a comfortable desk and chair ideal for remote work or catching up on emails. ’»
The bedroom is spacious and inviting a tranquil sanctuary where you can let yourself drift into soft silence, featuring an extra wide super king bed for ultimate comfort.
The bathroom has a relaxing bathtub, perfect for soaking away the day and making your stay feel like a real treat.
The crowning touch is a large veranda facing a pine forest, furnished with comfy garden sofas and a swing the perfect spot for your morning coffee, an evening glass of wine, or simply enjoying the peaceful view. Note: A valid ID (ID card, passport, or driver`s license) will be kindly requested at check-in.
There`s a public paid parking zone in front of the building. You can park by the hour, for a day, or for five or ten days.
Please note that there is no kids` play area and the spa center and pool in the complex are not operating.
