Practical apartment close to the center
This simple ground-floor apartment offers both convenience and comfort. Just a 5-minute walk to the metro, it`s easy to reach the city center. There are two malls ( Arkady Pankrac and OC DBK) within 500 meters and several supermarkets ( Albert , Penny , Lidl , Billa ,Norma etc ) , within 400 meters for your everyday needs. Parks and open spaces nearby provide a peaceful setting for walking or jogging.
The apartment is equipped with the basics: a queen sized bed* ( 200*160 cm ) , a sofa bed and lots of storage , brand new kitchen and gas stove , other essentials and Wi-Fi. Though it`s on the ground floor, there`s enough natural light to make the space feel bright and welcoming. It's a cozy and practical option for a stay of any duration.
