Sunny T2 apartment with a view of Funchal
It`s a spacious and cozy T2 apartment located on Rua 4 de Abril. One room is a master bedroom with a 180 cm bed and the second room is an office with a 135 cm sofa bed. Please note that there is 3rd room which will be closed off with our belongings.
There are two bathrooms (one of them ensuite), a living room with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room with a washing machine and drying machine, and an amazing terrace with a view.
As it is a family home, which we are renting out when we are not in Madeira, you`ll find everything you need for comfortable living even a wine fridge!
The building complex features two swimming pools (one for kids and one for adults our apartment faces the adults-only pool), and includes one parking space in the garage.

If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
