The Space
This duplex apartment, located in a classic 1980s building with elevator, offers a comfortable and functional layout across two floors.
On the lower level:
- A cozy living room with a three-seater sofa and TV, perfect for winding down after a day in the city.
- A bedroom with a double bed, built-in closet and natural light.
- A kitchen with everything you need to cook at home: a combined fridge/freezer, oven and stove, microwave, kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee machine - all wrapped in vintage Portuguese charm.
The kitchen opens to a glazed balcony with a dining table for four, bringing in natural light and a sense of space.

Good to Know
We want your stay to be as smooth as possible, so here are a few things to keep in mind:
- The kitchen and bathrooms are original, with retro tiles and finishes. Fully functional and clean, but visually from another era.
- Hot Water: Supplied via a water heater (thermo accumulator); if used continuously, it may take time to reheat
- Traditional Furniture: Some furnishings show their age; charm over trend
- The apartment doesn't have dishwasher or air conditioning. Heating is provided by portable units.
- No Washer: Please note there`s no washing machine in the unit, however, there`s a self-service laundromat just one minute away on foot.
