I`ll be renting out my own room.
Currently, there are three of us living here (including me) plus a very calm 2-year-old Golden Retriever. Once I move out, you would be sharing the flat with two flatmates (one Spanish, one Turkish, both calm and polite).
My own room (which you will rent) is fully furnished: double bed, bedside table, bookshelf, a comfortable office chair, dresser, plenty of daylight (If preferred, white roller blinds can be lowered to reduce the light)
Available now, €650 per month everything included (electricity, water, AC usage, 1 Gbps unlimited fiber, heating, building fees, Netflix and kind of stuff)
-The Apartment-
The whole flat has three bedrooms in total, plus a spacious living room and a real dining table, balcony, utility room, bathroom, kitchen.
Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, standard filter coffee machine + Turkish coffee machine)
Fast, reliable 1 000 Mbps fiber – perfect for WFH / streaming / gaming
Climate control: central heating + individual A/C unit in living room
Quiet street, secure building with elevator, parking lot

-House Rules-
Smoking only on the balcony or inside your room
Not a huge party flat, but of course we`re up for the occasional dinner, drinks, music jam or game night
Keep common areas tidy, pay rent on time, treat the place like home
-Who We Are-
Yasemin – musicologist, works at global visa firm VFS, plays a mean classical guitar
Me – 30-year-old maritime lawyer (ask me anything about the sea), board-game fan
Arantxa - psychology student, works as an International Patient Sales Specialist, has a lovely dog named Valiente (is 'brave' in Spanish, yet himself is not much brave ^_^)
Both easy-going, respectful, LGBTQ+ friendly, speak English & Turkish; we value good vibes over loud parties

International student, expat or digital nomad (23-35ish) looking for a calm base
Clean, responsible, sociable, and cool with a no-shoes-indoors household
Bonus points if you can introduce us to new music or cook your favourite dish

Minimum stay: 3 months (flexible for the right person)
