Spacious and Sunny Apartment - 10 min from the sea
Located in a residential area of Monte Estoril, this apartment is on a hillside, a sub-basement. Although it is on the 2nd floor facing the street at the entrance to the building, as the street behind it is lower, the whole apartment is above ground, with plenty of windows allowing natural light to flood in.
The apartment has a large living and dining room and a kitchen that is practically fully equipped, with only one dishwasher missing.
It also has a bathroom with a shower cubicle and 1 bedroom with a double bed.
There are also free parking spaces at the entrance to the building.
If you're looking for a calm, quiet area with all the services nearby, this is one of the best areas. Less than a 10-minute walk away you'll find supermarkets, restaurants and a pharmacy.
