Large cozy studio with amazing mountain view from the spacious enclosed terrace and direct access (via step) to the shared rear garden of the complex.
Located in the well-maintained "Park View" complex which is in a quiet area yet just 2 min walk to the ski path and 7-8 min walk to the gondola, offering free parking in front of the building.
Max 2 adults or 1 adult + 1 child (not older than 10 years)
Fully-equipped for long-term stays:
- brand new furniture including: kitchen, mattress, stylish sofa, spacious shower cabin, garden set on the terrace, "day and night" blinds
- washing machine, Nespresso coffee pods maker and classic Italian caffetierre
