From Eberswalde Central Station (Hauptbahnhof), the RE3 and RB24 trains run alternately to Berlin approximately every 40 minutes.
The travel times are:
* 28 min to Gesundbrunnen
* 35 min to Central Station (Hauptbahnhof)
* 41 min to Ostkreuz
From there, you can easily travel onward and reach all of Berlin in no time.
The larger room (bedroom) with a very spacious balcony faces the quiet inner courtyard to the east (morning sun).
It includes several wardrobes, shelves, and dressers, a 160 x 200 cm bed, a 55-inch TV with Netflix and Prime, and a desk with two monitors and a printer/scanner.

The other room (living room) faces a quiet one-way street to the west (evening sun).
It includes several wardrobes, shelves, and dressers, a designer sofa bed (3-in-1 with slatted frame) that functions as a seating area, a lounge (feet up), and a 160 x 200 cm bed, as well as a cozy armchair and a 46-inch TV with Netflix and Prime.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all kinds of dishes, cutlery, spices, and cooking utensils. In addition to a very large fridge/freezer combo, there's a dishwasher, a microwave, and plenty of storage space.
A highlight is the dining area with cozy American diner-style bench seating.
The bathroom features a bathtub with a glass shower screen, a washing machine, a vacuum cleaner, cleaning supplies, a shelf, and a mirrored cabinet with storage space.
The hallway includes a stylish coat rack, a mirror, and a shoe shelf.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a quiet one-way street in a central area of Eberswalde.

My girlfriend and I live here but will not be in Germany during the specified period.
Before subletting, we will remove personal belongings so that the furniture and storage space will be available. Everything you might need (e.g., towels, spices, etc.) can stay and be used after prior agreement.
Ideally, we`re looking to sublet to a couple.
Alternatively, a shared flat (WG) setup could also be discussed, though that would require bringing some of your own furniture, like a bed and desk.
All costs such as electricity, internet, etc. are already included in the rent.
Official registration ("polizeiliche Anmeldung") is also possible; however, the landlord requires an additional surcharge of €20 per person per month for this.
