Located in the peaceful town of Stinjan, just 5 km from the city of Pula and 2 km from the nearest beach, this charming house is ideal for long-term stays (minimum one month). Designed for comfort and convenience, it features a private garden with a grassy area, a relaxing sitting area, and a BBQperfect for enjoying the outdoors.
The house includes two private parking spaces and one bedroom with a king-size bed, plus an additional single bed that can also serve as a day sofa.
