Stylish 2-Bed Old Town Flat
Live like a local in the heart of Barcelona`s old town. This is my personal home, perfect for longer stays (31+ days). Enjoy morning coffee on the balcony, cook in the fully equipped kitchen, or relax on the big corner sofa after a day out. Fast fiber Wi-Fi, and thoughtful touches throughout make it easy to feel at homewhether you're working remotely or simply enjoying the city.
My 74m2 flat has original Catalan tiles and vaulted ceilings. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, walk-in closet, and balcony. Bedroom 2 has a double bed, dresser, desk, and balcony. The open kitchen/living room has a large sofa (sleeps 1), AC, smart TV (also a monitor), Bluetooth speakers, and another balcony with a table and two chairs. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, fridge, microwave, and all essentials. Bathroom has a shower, towels, shampoo, and shower gel.
You`ll have full access to the entire apartment, including both balconies. This is my personal home when I`m not in Berlin, so please take good care of it. It`s well-equipped for longer stays and designed for comfort, whether you're here for work, relaxation, or both.
