Bright penthouse in Athens
This cozy apartment is located in the district of Koukaki only 7 minutes on foot to the Syngrou Fix metro station and 20 minutes walk from the Acropolis. It is in the 4th and last floor (of a typical Athenian apartment building), in a quiet but also vibrant neighborhood with pedestrian zones, green spaces, groceries, pharmacies, coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. It is a bright apartment facing north-east and has a lovely big balcony with flowers and herbs that faces the Filopappou Hill. There is a 12 sqm bedroom furnished with desk, double bedroom, and closets and a 20 sqm living-dining room with couch, sofa seats, table, and dining chairs. The kitchen has a small balcony and is fully equipped with refrigerator, oven, coffee machines and plenty of cupboards. The apartment has a lobby, a corridor with closet, and one bathroom with bathtub. You can also find a range of amenities including air conditioning, washing machine, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, TV, and WiFi.
