Nuestro apartamento, luminoso y acogedor, ha sido recientemente renovado. Está situado en el tranquilo barrio de Lucero, en el distrito de Latina, a solo 15 minutos en metro del centro de Madrid y muy cerca de la estación de Atocha (dos paradas). La zona ofrece supermercados, restaurantes, bares y tiendas, además de amplias zonas verdes como el Parque de la Cuña Verde, con vistas a la Catedral de la Almudena y el Palacio Real.
Lucero cuenta con conexiones en transporte público (metro líneas 6 Lucero y Laguna, cercanias y autobuses) y fácil acceso a la A-5.
El piso dispone de un acogedor salón, cocina totalmente equipada, dormitorio, baño con ducha y un amplio vestidor con un pequeño escritorio. La vivienda está equipada con ventanas de PVC con doble acristalamiento para un mejor aislamiento térmico y acústico, así como puerta blindada para mayor seguridad.
