IMPORTANT INFORMATION
-Your new home is located on the first floor of a building without an elevator.
-Baby cots are available for rent at €30 per stay. Please make sure to request one by contacting the host in advance of your arrival.
-Tenants must present a valid ID and credit card upon check-in.
-Parties or similar events are not allowed in this accommodation.
-The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant`s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.
