Cosy studio in a family house
We offer for rent a cozy and fully furnished studio perfect for a solo traveller, working professional, digital nomad, student or any other easy-going person. Located in a peaceful residential neighbourhood in the safe Dedina district of Prague 6, the studio offers both comfort and convenience. Getting around is easy the city centre is just 25 minutes away by public transport, and Václav Havel Airport can be reached in only 9 minutes by trolleybus. The nearest stops are Navigátoru and Dedina. If you enjoy nature and relaxation, the beautiful Divoká Å árka Nature Reserve is just a 5-minute walk from your doorstep. Or you can stretch your body in nearby outdoor workouts or sports grounds. You`ll also find shops, restaurants, and other everyday amenities nearby.
The studio is located in a family house and has its own private entrance. The interior has just been fully renovated. Only front yard and fence are still in their vintage style. Inside, you'll find a hallway that leads to the main living space, thoughtfully divided into a cozy relaxation area, a workspace/dining area, and a fully equipped kitchenette with everything you need including an electric stove with oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer, and other small appliances. The brand-new bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower, as well as a hair dryer or a washing machine with dryer for your convenience. Of course high-speed internet and Wi-Fi are included.
