A modern, newly renovated apartment in the wider center of Brno, just a few minutes` walk from Mendlovo Square, the historic city center, and right next to the Brno Exhibition Center. The apartment is located on the third floor of a building with an elevator.
The fully equipped apartment features a spacious room with a king-size bed (180x200 cm) and a sofa that can be converted into another king-size bed (180x200 cm). The apartment is also furnished with a large work desk and a smart TV. The kitchen is in a separate room and is equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator and freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, and more. The bathroom features a spacious shower.
The apartment is situated in a quiet and safe area of Brno with excellent transport links to the main train station and Florenc bus station. There is a children`s playground in the courtyard.
