Duplex penthouse located in a very quiet area of Canet de Mar, 8 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from the centre.
The apartment has two floors. On the upper floor there is a kitchen, living room, terrace and bathroom. On the lower floor there is the master bedroom suite, dressing room and bathroom.
