Gorgeous flat with views ideal for couples .
I'm currently renting my flat in bohemian Lavapiés (right in the centre of Madrid, one metro stop from Sol, near the Museums and Atocha train station) for medium term leases . Perfect for students that are studying at the different universities in Madrid as the train station is 5 minutes away. It is newly refurbished with air conditioning/heat pump and natural gas cooker, the tiled floor is also new, as well as the electrical installation. It is an exterior fourth floor with views to the Corrala and Agustín Lara squares so it has wide views with no buildings nearby . It has a balcony with a clothes line for hanging clothes. The kitchen is American style and it opens onto a living room where there is a desk for working. It also has another living room with a large new sofa-double bed to rest and watch TV. The bedroom has a double bed with storage space and a large built-in wardrobe.
