NorthFace Penthouse
You can use my fitness equipment and the condo itself + underground garage for 1 vehicle. The balcony and windows face to North hence the premises stay relative cool even on days temperature spiking high outside. Furthermore the A/C is powerfull to cool the entire space. Pieces of furnite and equippment available and the bathroom offers generous space to conduct your daily routines. The premises are overall clean and decent. Paint was made last year. TV subscription is not paid but I may be able to arrange one on demand. I offer discount for longer periods.

If you cancel your booking 14 days or more before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
