Challet (Palheiro) country house, renovated, integrated into a property of around 1000m2 located at an altitude of approximately 380m, on Caminho Real nº 23 in Santo António da Serra, Machico, its configuration allows you to enjoy nature, being the privileged place to relax. Its location allows you to discover trails, levadas and hikes, guaranteeing a stay in the heart of rural authenticity.
The property has around 52m2 and consists of two floors. On the ground floor, entrance hall, living room, kitchen and bathroom. On the upper floor there is an open-plan bedroom with a double bed and two single beds.
On the patio you can enjoy two hammocks, a rustic kitchen with a barbie cue and a wood-burning oven, a swimming pool with a wooden surface, a shower, sun loungers and a parasol, as well as a large parking area.
Located 15 meters from the airport and 30 meters from the city of Funchal.
