A newly furnished, cozy apartment perfect for a single person or a couple. Located in the quiet São Gonçalo neighborhood of Funchal, it's just a 5-minute drive from the city center and includes a private parking spot.
The apartment (approx. 40 m2) has a smart layout with a living/dining area, renovated kitchen (with electric stove, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee machine and washing machine), a separate bedroom area with a comfortable double bed and new mattress, and a bathroom. It also features a smart TV and fast Wi-Fi, making it great for working from home, and plenty of storage space. The windows do not face the road, keeping the apartment quiet.
