Large quiet flat near CVUT Mensa, Petrin & Strahov
Delightfully beautiful flat near to Petrin park where there is a phenomenal view of Prague, old and new. Within walking distance to the major attractions including Loretta, Prague Castle and direct to Charles Bridge. Close to public transit and one free parking space.
Flat is on the 2nd floor, on the top of the building, and has two separate terraces: One for the living room and for one bedroom. The second bedroom has two skylights you can open for fresh air.
The place is tiled throughout, has central heating, gas boiler, and CO detector/alarm. We recently had the chimney redone so the ventilation is new.
