This home is located in a rural and private, gated community with a night security guard and a mix of locals and ex-pats, some reside here all year round and some mostly come on weekends- many of them surfers. You'll be surrounded by gentle wild life and a breathtaking scenery.
Enjoy a peaceful atmosphere, a 10-minute drive to El tunco will put you in a vibrant atmosphere with epic cuisine, nightlife and great surfing.
There is a rooftop terrace perfect for sunset wrap-ups, barbecues and star gazing- there is very little light pollution in our surroundings.
