Bright and Cozy Room in Porto`s Artistic District
Hey, I`m Maja!
I`m the owner of the apartment and I live here too! So we`d be sharing the space with me.
I`m an interior designer and I love creating cozy, beautiful places that feel like home. This apartment really reflects my style, it`s full of light, plants, and personal touches. It`s a calm, creative space where you can relax or feel inspired.
I`m pretty easy-going, but I do value peace and mutual respect. So I`m looking for someone who`s chill, tidy, and will treat the room and home with care.
The apartment is in Bonfim, one of the nicest and most peaceful areas in Porto. The balcony has an amazing view of the Douro River, perfect for your morning coffee or just unwinding after a long day. It`s a great spot whether you're working remotely or just enjoying some quiet time.
I`ve hosted in different places for a few years now and love meeting new people. I`m also really involved in the local community, organizing events, supporting local artists, and I`m always happy to share my favorite local spots.
If you`re into cozy, creative spaces and lots of plants, I think you`ll feel right at home here.

If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 14 days before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 13 days before the move-in date, you won`t get a refund of the first rent.
