You will see toucans, hummingbirds, yellow fly catchers , tanagers , vultures, agouti , Racoons , basilisk lizards , butterflies every day in the garden. You will hear howler monkeys in the morning and owls, bats, frogs and toads at night.
You will not see horrible insects or spiders because our tame wildlife eats all these things.
White water 108 degree ocean view, cool ocean breezes surround the property.
We provide luxury, organic cotton bedlinen and towels. Also towels for the pool and beach.
The shower, wash -basin and kitchen sink have constant hot water (unlike many rentals here in Costa Rica )
There is also a shower at the infinity pool which is refreshing.
Ideal location for sight-seeing as Uvita is central to many beautiful areas , beaches ,waterfalls, and wildlife preserves.
We cater for genuine tourists interested in the wildlife and people looking to buy a home in the area.
A car is needed to explore the area.
Our aim is to give you a comfortable and unforgettable experience staying at our property.
Please note that power outages/ power cuts and water being cut off for a few hours, is totally out of our control.
This is the town council mending or updating equipment.
We have a very strict drug policy so anyone with an ulterior motive for staying here is not welcome.
No new age people please.
The property is not suitable for babies, children or pets.
No smoking anywhere on the property.
