Located in a quiet residential area in Praia da Luz less than 15 minutes walk and 2 minutes drive from the beach, Vila dos Gunn is an entirely furnished private property with one gated parking space. Close to all amenities and international schools, the house is just 50 minutes away from Faro airport.
As you enter the villa on the ground floor, you will find 4 bedrooms, including one master en suite and two adjoining bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, includes one in the master suite, an outdoor dining area with bbq and a 7mx3m private pool. The master suite opens to the pool and outdoor dining area. On the first floor, the stairs bring to a spacious equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, the dining room with fireplace with terrace and to the living room with streaming TV and patio with seating. The rooftop lounge terrace on the second floor offers a nice area to sunbath with beautiful scenic view of Praia da Luz. Cot/Pack and Play on property.

Rent includes mandatory pool and outdoor maintenance once a week and a mandatory house cleaning once a month.
