beautiful apartment for 6 months
Hello,
Starting from January/February 2026 I am looking for someone to take over my apartment in Prague 1 for about 6 months (until around August, but this can be discussed).
The apartment is located on Jungmannova Street, it is a 2kk (one-bedroom apartment) with 60 m2, fully furnished in a designer style. It features the only balcony in the building, a spacious walk-in closet, washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, TV, and everything you would expect from luxury living.
I am ideally looking for a couple or a single person. The building is full of pets, so I am happy to welcome a well-behaved pet as well. Smoking is allowed only on the balcony. I understand friendly visits and small gatherings, but preferably in a limited amount, please.
I also have a few houseplants that I would like to leave in the apartment, so ideally someone who can take care of them (though theoretically they could be removed upon agreement).
In the neighboring apartment lives a young couple with whom I have a very good relationship, as well as with the other neighbors. The landlord also lives in the building.
I have put a lot of love, money, and effort into this apartment it is my beloved home that I will lend to you for a while, so please only responsible people who will treat both the apartment and the neighbors with respect.

No Deposit for stays of less than 6 months!
If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 14 days before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 13 days before the move-in date, you won`t get a refund of the first rent.
