I am happy to offer you a unique historical and modern apartment in the heart of the city. The building is a historical one protected by the minister for its artistic importance. I am looking for short-term renters. The location is great for everybody
The apartment has 2 bedrooms with a wardrobe. Both are big enough. 1st bedroom has Smart TV with a Netflix account is also included in the rent.
The living room has a sofa which is convertible as a bed.
The kitchen is also fully equipped. Dishwasher, oven, microwave from basic cooking stuff, fridge and etc.
The shower and Toilet are separate. A washing machine is also present in the apartment

If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of the entire first rent.

If you cancel your booking less than 13 days before the move-in date, you won`t get a refund of the first rent.
