Quiet and big apartment (95m2) in central location
Beautiful big "Altbau"-apartment (95m2) with 2 big sleeping rooms, living room, kitchen with dining area, bath and toilette. It is located in a typical Viennese House with high ceilings and in a central location close to city, shopping street (Mariahilfer Street), Naschmarkt. You will find around restaurants and pubs and all kind of public transfer.
Very nicely divided flat with large bright rooms. Fully equipped. For those working at home there is a desk and chairs in the 2nd bedroom.
The gas consumption for hot water and heating will be charged separately according to actual consumption! The individual consumption varies greatly, but as an estimate I can say that depending on the season, number of people and individual use, the monthly consumption values are between 25 and 115 EUR.
