My beautiful apartment was freshly refurbished and is in an historical Lisbon house with 3 apartments.
It has a spacious bedroom to the quiet backyard, an en-suite bathroom with window and a living-room with integrated kitchen.
It is fully equipped:
bed 140x200 cm, curtains, blackout blinds in the bedroom, roller blind in the bathroom, bed linen, spacious bathroom with accessible shower, sofa/daybed, large table, chairs and armchair.
Amenities include:
air-conditioning/heating, fast WIFI, washing-machine with dryer, laundry rack, hairdryer, kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, cutlery, cooking equipment, and a Marshall Bluetooth loudspeaker.
The apartment is very central, in a quiet but centric neighbourhood on the central hill of Lisbon close to the German embassy, a nice and green city park and the viewpoint Jardim de Torel. Supermarkets, cafés and restaurants are just around the corner.
Rossio, Praça do Intendente, Av. da Liberdade are in short walking distance. You can walk to the nightlife district Bairro Alto in 15 min, Príncipe Real, Praça do Comercio and Mouraria are at the same distance.
A bus stop serving the city centre (Baixa) and the riverside is just around the corner, bus stops for many other lines are close by.
Metro is 10 min walking distance: Intendente (green line), Avenida (blue line), Picoas (yellow line) Saldanha (red line).
