DESCRIPTIVE: This charming and bright country house is located in the center of the island, just 3 km from the village of ;Muro; and approximately 45 minutes from any point in Mallorca. It consists of: - The main house with 3 double bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen open to the living room. In addition to the living room, there is a large covered terrace with a relaxation area and a large table for lunch, offering incredible open views of the mare's park, the small pool, the countryside, the mountains (;Serra de Tramuntana;), and the sunsets. - The property also has an annex/studio (;Son Aloui Mini;) with a double bed and a single bed. This is completely independent from the main house. It has its own open kitchen and bathroom. You have to exit the bedroom to access the bathroom and kitchen. COMMON AREAS: - The horse area. I stay at the property right next to this house. I enter through a hidden side gate to feed and work the horses. - ;SON ALOUI; has its own parking (up to 4/5 cars); - The washing machine is next to the studio. For logistical reasons, it's best if I take care of the washing machines myself. The entire property is solar-powered, and I have to run them at the best time and day to minimize battery and sun usage. WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW: - Electricity is produced by solar panels, and a generator takes over automatically when needed; - Running water comes from a cistern (rainwater and/or truck water); - Hot water is gas-powered; - The stovetop and oven are gas-powered; - Oil central heating in winter. - There are animals on the property (3 cats, 3 dogs, 2 horses). I take care of them myself. The dogs usually stay with me, but they enjoy company and will love spending time with you.
