We offer you an amazing newly reconstructed sunny flat. The flat is suitable for one person or a couple, that requires very high standards of living and equipment.
Location
The apartment is in part of Prague called Letná, Holešovice. Tram and bus stops are just around the corner and subway Vltavská and train station Bubny are less than a 10 minutes walk. There are many cafes, restaurants, and shops around, but the flat is in calm street. In your free time you can go for a walk or bike to two parks Stromovka and Letenské pláne, which are both close to the flat and are very beautiful.
Furnishing
The flat is fully equipped with high-quality furniture, in retro style. In the bathroom, there is a bathtub, sink, toilet and an amazing mirror. There is a big kitchen that has a stove, dishwasher, and a fridge. There is a nice eating table with chairs. Open living room with TV and sofas gives you a nice place to relax or watch movies. In the bedroom there is a huge wooden made double bed. There is a small balcony oriented to a calm courtyard. The flat has enough storage place.
