Welcome to our home.
The apartment has a beautiful and landscaped communal area where we find the pool.
Besides that, it has:
- 2 bedrooms: the first one with a double bed and the second one with a single bed and a bunk bed
- Double sofa bed in the living room
- 1 full bathroom
- The kitchen is completely equipped
- Private parking
We also have a hot and cold air system so you can reserve the apartment at any time of the year.
The whole house has what is necessary to make your visit a beautiful experience.
We will be delighted to recieve youThe area is quiet and perfect to enjoy with family and friends. We highly recommend visiting all the nearby towns that are just as beautiful as ours.
IMPORTANT:
* Pets are accepted on request and with a supplement.
* Minimum age to make the reservation: 40 years.
*The guest will receive a link where he/she will have to make the payment of the tourist tax imposed by the local government (not included in the final price of the accommodation).
In the same link also, you will have to register each guest, add your personal data and sign the contract prior to arrival.
*Late check-in has an additional cost of 35€ from 20h to 22h or 50€ from 22h to 00h.

If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of the entire first rent.

If you cancel your booking less than 13 days before the move-in date, you won`t get a refund of the first rent.
