A fully equipped one-room apartment of 50 m2 is for rent on the 1st floor in a residential building in SPLIT.
Due to its southern orientation, the apartment is full of natural light. The apartment is air-conditioned, equipped with bed linen, towels, dishes, household appliances, TV, dishwasher, washing machine, high-speed internet. The bedroom has a double bed measuring 160x200cm.
It is located in Gripe in the wider city center, and is 15 minutes' walk from the city center, 10 minutes' walk from the beach, 15 minutes' walk from the student campus and the Faculty of Medicine. Near the apartment there are several shops, pharmacies, banks, cafes, restaurants. The apartment is rented to non-smokers without pets.An apartment that is close to everything
IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT THE NUMBER OF GUESTS AND RULES OF STAY:
From June 20, 2025 to September 20, 2025, we allow the number of people to stay in the apartment corresponding to the full capacity.
However, the number of people in the apartment must always be identical to the number of people stated in the Rental Agreement, regardless of the capacity of the property itself. All people staying in the apartment must be duly registered.
Overnight stays by unregistered guests, as well as subletting the accommodation, are not allowed.
Violation of these rules will be considered a serious breach of the rental agreement, which gives us the right to immediately terminate the reservation while retaining the entire rental amount.
Please read these rules carefully and adhere to them for your and our peace of mind.

If you cancel your booking less than 13 days before the move-in date, you won`t get a refund of the first rent.
