A 32m2 studio apartment for rent in SPLIT. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a residential building. It has a spacious loggia with a view of the mountains. It is ideal for 1-2 person. It is well connected to the city center by transport. There are several shops and bakeries near the apartment. Almost all city buses stop near the apartment, so you can easily get to the desired place.
The apartment is air-conditioned and equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay:

IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT THE NUMBER OF GUESTS AND RULES OF STAY:
From June 20, 2025 to September 20, 2025, we allow the number of people to stay in the apartment corresponding to the full capacity.
However, the number of people in the apartment must always be identical to the number of people stated in the Rental Agreement, regardless of the capacity of the property itself. All people staying in the apartment must be duly registered.
Overnight stays by unregistered guests, as well as subletting the accommodation, are not allowed.
Violation of these rules will be considered a serious breach of the rental agreement, which gives us the right to immediately terminate the reservation while retaining the entire rental amount.
Please read these rules carefully and adhere to them for your and our peace of mind.
