Apartment is located in the inner courtyard side of the building, pointing to the direction of The Grand Mark Hotel's terrace, therefore there is no problem with outside noises (except for the occasional screams from peacocks running around the Hotel's terrace during the day). The apartment is also a part of a larger housing unit (145m2) with 2 other flats. It is, however, fully independent and only the hall and entrance to the housing unit is shared with the other 2 apartments.
