You can use the apartment for a few weeks, months, or all year round…
The town of Nejdek is ideal for its location, as cross-country trails, cycling and hiking trails start here and you are also close to Karlovy Vary (only 12 minutes by car).
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a brick house and is suitable for 2 people (in the short term, max. 4 people). The apartment has 1 double bed with a quality mattress 180x200, 1 pull-out bed that becomes a double bed (2 quality mattresses 80x200) and in the living room, by folding out the sofa, you get a double bed 140x200 cm.
The apartment includes a spacious cellar where you can store your bikes or skis.
Smokers will appreciate that the apartment has a balcony.
A big benefit is the brand new private Finnish sauna.
The apartment is 100% equipped. Among other things, the apartment has a washing machine, TV, refrigerator, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, all dishes, clothes dryer, ironing board, iron, hair dryer, towels, bedding.
Tenants of the house can also use the space behind the house - a garden with garden seating.
My intention is to rent the apartment for a period of several months, or short-term, but only for the rest of August.
If you would like to use a short-term rental in the following months, I will unfortunately not be able to accept such reservations.

If you cancel your booking 14 days or more before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 7 days before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 6 days before the move-in date, you won`t get a refund of the first rent.
