It is close to 2 of the 3 Prague underground lines (metro B - Námestí Republiky station and metro C - Hlavní nádraží) and tram stops that will get you anywhere around Prague. In a walking distance you can find Wenceslas square (650m), Palladium (500m) or Slovanský dum (450m). All around there are also a number of high quality restaurants, shops and services.
The apartment is a part of a larger (145m2) housing unit with 2 other apartments, however, it is completely self-contained with its own kitchen and bathroom.
Apartment itself has all the basic equipment needed - a king-sized bed (180x200), washing machine, new kitchen with silverware/cutlery (also a frying pan/pots + a minioven and a toaster), dining table with 2 chairs and an open wardrobe.
The flat was fully renovated in 2021.

WARNING !! - the apartment is on the first floor of a historic building, and unfortunately there is an intrusive noise coming from the street due to tram traffic mainly, which is unavoidable as the windows cannot be replaced, so it is necessary to take this into account in advance. Also, the bed located nearer to the entrance door, and there is infrequent noise coming from the common hall of the housing unit (see last picture of housing unit project - this apartment is "Apartment n.1")
