We are happy to host in you this cozy and quiet apartment with a balcony where you can sit and relax. It is a renewed flat with new amenities. You are at 10 minutes on foot to Wenceslas Square and 500 meters from the metro stop and 100 meters from the tram stop.
The space
The apartment is on the 4th floor with a lift/elevator. The elevator is elevated from the floors
The apartment has 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 single bed. The living room has a sofa bed on which 2 people can sleep. We can add an air bed mattress.
The apartment is composed by:
1) Wide bedroom with double bed (premium mattress 180x200), a wardrobe with hangers, a working place, and a balcony where you can sit in the peaceful courtyard.
2) Bright living room with a sofa that can be converted as a comfortable double bed, dining table for 6 people, and a fully equipped kitchen with a place to prepare your dishes for friends or family.
3) Bathroom: bathtub, sink, modern hairdryer, bathroom cabinet, washing machine, mirror, and towel hangers.
The apartment is equipped with everything necessary for your comfortable stay :
