If you want to experience Malaga like a local, don`t hesitate to stay in our holiday apartment Olletas. You will immerse yourself in the local culture and find the most important tourist spots of Malaga just a few minutes away on foot: La Plaza de la Merced and the Picasso Birthplace Museum are 1.3 km (16 min walk), La Alcazaba is 1.5 km (19 min walk), Malaga Cathedral is 1.6 km (20 min walk), the iconic Muelle Uno is 2 km (25 min walk), and La Malagueta Beach is 2.7 km (33 min walk). All these distances have been verified with maps.
The house is newly renovated and decorated in an elegant and comfortable style. It is located on the ground floor with direct street access. It has centralized air conditioning. There are 2 double bedrooms with double beds (1 bed of 150 x 190, and 1 bed of 160 x 200). It features 2 full bathrooms with shower and hairdryer. The living room includes a 55' Smart TV and a dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped: washing machine, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, Italian coffee maker, etc. The house has two patios(one of 8 m2 and another of 23 m2), both with artificial grass and furniture.
High-speed WIFI, iron, and ironing board are available.
