The kitchen is equipped with all the basic appliances and utensils necessary to live.
The apartment is small but it is very cozy, modern, and fully equipped, as well as being located in one of the most attractive and central neighborhoods of the city.

- The rent will be collected on the same day of the month as the check-in date.
* If during the last month you stay less than 10 days after that date: you'll pay per extra day
* If during the last month you stay more than 15 days after that date: you'll pay one extra month

** From 10:00 p.m. at 8:00 am. you must be quiet. Parties not allowed. Smoking not allowed. If the police come to the apartment or the neighbors call the Government\Police, you will be evicted from the apartment and\or have to pay a fine.
- The apartment does not have any food (there is no coffee, salt, oil, sugar).
- We provide guests with a kit of welcome amenities (1-2 toilet rolls, neutral soap in small quantities - they are not for the entire stay). There are always towels and sheets.
