All rooms have the same furnishings: an extremely comfortable bed with storage, a private bathroom, a large built-in wardrobe, a study area with a desk, an LED light, lamp, ergonomic chair, high-speed internet and WiFi, independent heating and air conditioning in each room, a mirror and clothes hangers. Additionally, they all have a kitchenette with a fridge, a small freezer, a microwave and a sink, regardless of whether the apartment has a complete kitchen and dining area.
THE RESIDENCE
Our Student Residence in Barcelona is a totally new building, where all the rooms are new and stylish. Each detail has been designed by and for students, so you’ll have absolutely everything you need. You can always enjoy all the common areas, such as the gym, the terrace, the study rooms or the games room. Everything is designed for your comfort.
THE LOCATION
Our new Student Residence is found in a privileged location, on Plaza de los Países Catalanes, right by Sants Train Station in Barcelona, and next to Sants Bus Station.
From here, you can easily reach the historical part of Barcelona – Plaza Catalunya, Paseo de Gracia, Las Ramblas, etc. – as well as the University Zone, in just 10 minutes. Most of the University of Barcelona’s faculties are found here, as well as our new residence, Marsàs University Residence, which is under construction.
