This apartment is fully equipped and furnished. The fitted kitchen has an induction hob, fridge and a microwave.
The bathroom has a bathtub that is also suitable for showering. For a floorplan of the whole apartment, please see the pictures. Depending on occupancy, some beds can be added or removed (max. 4 beds). If required, one bedroom can also be used as a living room.

The indicated monthly price refers to an occupancy of the apartment with up to two persons for a 12 months rental period.
If you prefer a bit quieter, you will have a relaxing walk through the Volkspark Friedrichshain. Alexanderplatz, TV-Tower, Potsdamer Platz, the Brandenburger Tor and the government quarter are in any Berlin visit missing - and they must not. Thanks to its central location and easy access to public transport, every hotspot can be reached quickly.
Note on Rental Duration:
We are generally looking for tenants who are interested in renting for a minimum of 6 months. However, to ensure that you feel comfortable with the apartment and the surrounding area, we offer an initial trial period of 1 to 2 months. This allows you to get familiar with the place before committing to a longer rental term.
The indicated price refers to an occupancy of the apartment with up to two persons. For each additional person 100,- Euro per person and month will be charged. The monthly payments for the consumption costs of water (cold\hot), heating (gas) and energy generally covers the costs for normal, customary consumption. If the consumption costs exceed the advance payments due to excess consumption, the difference must be paid by the tenant (rule of reasonableness). This agreement ensures that water and energy are used in a sustainable manner.
